These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sri Krishna Enterprises and apply to all purchases made through our platform. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE & REJECTION
- All orders are subject to acceptance. Only accepted orders will be processed and shipped.
- We reserve the right to reject any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or other reasons.
- If an order is rejected, a full refund will be processed within 7-14 working days.
PRICING & MODIFICATIONS
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Sri Krishna Enterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from delays, defects, or miscommunication.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At Sri Krishna Enterprises, we ensure efficient order processing and shipping. However, we operate only on working days. Orders will not be processed or dispatched on non-working days, including Sundays and certain Saturdays or public holidays.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after acceptance.
- Estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days, but it may vary depending on the location.
- We do not take responsibility for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors.
- We do not take responsibility for damage caused during delivery.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, destination, and selected courier service.
- Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
TRACKING INFORMATION
- Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed.
- Once an order is accepted and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Orders once dispatched shall not be canceled, and no refunds will be given for such orders.
- In case of extreme circumstances, we reserve the right to compensate customers for canceled orders by deducting transaction charges along with applicable GST, up to 30% of the order value.
REFUND POLICY
- Approved refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- If an order is rejected by us, the refund will be processed within 7-14 working days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
- No products can be returned back to us.
- Returns and replacements are allowed only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery for only certain items which explicitly has ‘Return Available’ Marking. No other Products will accepted for return.
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- if the company is satisfied we will issue a replacement .If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- We do not accept returns for customized, perishable, or digital products unless they are defective.
- No refund or replacement will be provided if the issue is due to customer mishandling.

FAILED TRANSACTIONS & DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
- In case of a failed transaction, the deducted amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days.
- If a duplicate payment occurs, the extra amount will be refunded upon verification.
